The cause of the accident:

 Electric heating strip aging and disrepaired
 The thickness is too thin between copper lead and filled material PTC in electric heating strip, causes attack through  and results in fire disaster.
 The tie-in between electric heating strip and electrical source wire is not properly dealt with, creepage cause fire  disaster.

 The bottom line of electric heating strip that can be used: electric heating strip is the antifreezing material of pipeline, it  must prevent pipeline freezing on the base of safety.
